Geoff Evans started his entertainment career back in 1959 when he joined a band called the "Rhythm Rockets" a very popular dance band that was signed to the "Go" label in 1965.
Geoff started his solo career as an entertainer on the Murray River paddle steamers the P. V Wanera and the P. V Coonawarra. He eventually became part owner and Skipper of these Murray River icons - Geoff would Skipper by day and entertain by night.

A move to Mackay Queensland for seven years resulted in Geoff playing around the Whitsundays and Mackay area including a three years stint on Brampton Island as resident entertainer where he formed a long association with the owners the McLean family.

Geoff's move back to Mildura saw the opening of his fully digital recording facility where he commenced recording his popular album collection. A six album set of dance music was distributed world wide by Tempo International which because of the instant success was followed up by his double CD dance set "The Magic Of Geoff Evans". Over 20 Country Music albums have also been produced featuring Geoff's unique vocal and keyboard talents.

Geoff has featured each year at the Tamworth Country Festival, the Mildura Country Music Festival as well as tours of New Zealand and all major Australian cities. He also frequently performs dance music with P & O Cruises out of Australia. Geoff's popularity is due to his special style of keyboard playing and smooth easy listening vocal style.
